Compagnie la Lucette is listed on Euronext Paris' Eurolist B. At 31 December 2007, MSREF Turque Sarl, a real estate fund managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate, held 93.6% of the Company's share capital.

A new measure called SIIC 4, which sets new conditions on the ownership of Listed Property Investment Companies under France's SIIC regime (Sociétés d'Investissement Immobilières Cotées) was introduced by the 2006 French budget law. At the time of this writing, the share of majority shareholder exceeded 60% of the Company's share capital. No decision has been taken at this time that could lead the Company to adjust its shareholder base before 31 December 2008.
