Stéphane Theuriau, Chairman & CEO: Previously a board member at Compagnie la Lucette, he has been appointed on September 6, 2006. Since 2003 he has been Managing Director at Morgan Stanley in charge of real-estate investment activities for several funds in Europe, handling a total of over €25 bn in investments, including Canary Wharf, various Italian asset portfolios in partnership with Pirelli Real Estate, a stake in the DIC group and the buyout of Thyssen Krupp's real-estate subsidiary. In 1998, he created and directed the Paris office of Morgan Stanley funds, where he managed over €2.5 bn in real-estate investments, including the acquisition of the IBM, EDF and France Telecom portfolios, the establishment of partnerships with Foncière des Régions, and equity stakes in Altaréa and Suren.
Cécile Leroy Maillard, Chief Legal Officer: She has a DESS degree in real estate, urban development and construction law. She began her career in 1997 at Archon Group (France), a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, where she contributed to the setting up and the development of the legal department until 2004. She then joined the LVMH group as a member of general management at Christian Dior Couture, where she was responsible for property-related legal questions inherent in the trade name's numerous locations in Europe and around the world. She joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in August 2006.
Janick Dupessey, Head of Development and Risks: graduated in civil engineering from the French National Institute of Applied Sciences (INSA) in Toulouse, he began his career in 1977 at COTEBA where he was responsible for managing international construction projects. In 1988 he joined the Development Division at the Suez Group as Technical Director. In 1999, he moved to the Morgan Stanley group as Senior Vice President, where he was responsible for property acquisitions and asset management in France and other countries (Italy, Spain and Germany, among others). He joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in March 2007.
Thomas Guyot, Head of Acquisitions: graduate from the Ecole Polytechnique and received his MBA with Honors from the Wharton School. He started his career in 1997 as a consultant at the Paris office of the Boston Consulting Group. In 1999, he joined the Louis Dreyfus group to participate in the development of NeufCegetel (formerly LDCOM). Since 2004, he has been part of the acquisition team of the real estate funds managed by Morgan Stanley in London and in Paris. He joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in December 2005.
Jérôme Klein, Head of Asset Management: He has a Masters in Law, he began his career in real estate in 1989 at Atis Real Auguste-Thouard. In 1997, he joined DTZ as the Director of the Paris office's agency. In late 1999, he transferred to Simco, which became Gecina, as the Operational Director of Locare, the group's marketing unit. Since 2001, he was Commercial Director of Nexity Conseil in Nexity's asset and property management division.He joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in April 2006.
Eric Pinon, Chief Financial Officer: He has an engineering degree from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, and a Masters in Finance from HEC. He began his career in 1997 in mergers and acquisitions at Calyon (formerly Crédit Lyonnais). In 1999, he joined the real-estate division (mergers and acquisitions) of Lazard, and was named Deputy Director in early 2004. He participated in the restructuring of the Colony Capital funds, including Lucia, as well as GE Real Estate's takeover bid for Sophia and the disposal of SNI to CDC. He joined the group Compagnie la Lucette in August 2005.
