For assets already in the portfolio, the Group regularly undertakes improvement and safety work. To that end, some 13 million euros will be earmarked over the next nine years for the warehouses let to the Casino retail group. As a result of its growing role in development operations on its own behalf, the Group is committed to integrating its buildings into their natural environments. Particular attention is afforded to proposals for green spaces and energy savings made by architects and other partners during the preparatory phase of a project. As a result, large window bays have been integrated into various projects now in development to favour the natural lighting of work areas, along with gardens to improve the life quality of the buildings' occupants.
All necessary measures are undertaken with respect to regulations, notably for detecting and treating asbestos. With a genuine desire to better protect the environment for future generations, Compagnie la Lucette strives consistently to address current ecological concerns while improving the adequacy of the amenities offered by its property portfolio.
