Mines de la Lucette was an industrial company up until the Second World War, operating gold and antimony mines. In 1945 it began to trade and process the antimony it mined.

2001

  • Sell of the antimony goodwill.
  • Turned into a property company.

2005

  • One of the real estate funds managed by Morgan Stanley Real Estate became the majority shareholder of the company.
  • Acquisition of 5 diversified assets for M€ 52.

2006

  • Cession de MSREF Grillet BV à MSREF Turque S.à.r.l. de la totalité de sa participation dans Mines de la Lucette.
  • Acquisition of a portfolio of 5 prime office buildings for M€ 1 181 and acquisition of 13 logistic plateforms from groupe Casino (leading French hypermarket chain) for M€ 204.
  • Stéphane Theuriau is appointed Chaiman & CEO.

2007

  • Acquisition of Atrium building - Pars XII
  • Mines de la Lucette becomes Compagnie la Lucette
  • Acquisition under VEFA basis of an office building in Clichy (Urbia Project).

Compagnie la Lucette is a real estate company with assets of approximately 2.4 billion euros as at 31 December 2007, consisting mainly of office and warehouse buildings. The Company's business mission is the acquisition and active management of its real estate assets.

Compagnie la Lucette is listed on Euronext Paris' B and benefits from its status as a listed property investment company under France's SIIC (Société d'Investissement Immobilier Cotée) regime.
