As at 31 December 2007, the group's property portfolio totalled about € 2.4 billions. As at 31 Décember 2007, the group Compagnie la Lucette represents 46 properties developing a surface area of 800,000 sqm, mainly concentrated in :

- The most sought after business districts of Ile de France, as much by users as investors for the Offices sector;

- The different French industrial parks for the Warehouses sector.

The company's business mission is the acquisition and active management of its real estate assets.
